Imagine walking into a store. Wait. Imagine walking into a eight floor H&M shop, full of customers and employees. I get the chills just thinking about that. But if you’re a fan of crazy places like that, this is probably the place where you want to stop reading. Or don’t, I don’t care.
Alright, went off track. Let’s start imagining again. Imagine that this eight floor H&M shop has no customers. You’re all alone with the employees. That’s creepy, but important for my point. I’m almost getting there.
Now imagine that this eight floor H&M shop has no employees. Take out these creepy employees all staring at you. So right now the H&M shop has no employees and no customers. You’re all alone with 234123523412 clothing products and you know nothing.
That´s kind of how online shopping is today. You’re all alone with so many products you get lost. You surf through their website and all of a sudden you realise your on page 57 in the T-Shirt section and you feel ashamed and your so quick closing that tab you feel like Usain Bolt.
That’s where chatbots come in. Chatbots can guide you through the process. You won’t feel lost. You won’t feel like Usain Bolt. You will feel like you’re shopping in the cosy neighbourhood clothing store that no one goes to. Except it has 234123523412 clothing products. And eight floors.
